By accessing or using WiseGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

WiseGen is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate visual content (flyers, banners, social media visuals) using text prompts and reference images. The Service also includes a personal gallery, PSD export, and sharing features.

You must create an account to use WiseGen. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access - Not share your account with others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to generation features requires credits, which are allocated based on your subscription plan: - Free: 2 credits/month - Starter: 25 credits/month - Pro: 100 credits/month - Unlimited: 500 credits/month Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. PSD export costs 2 credits per conversion.

You agree not to use WiseGen to generate, distribute, or promote: - Illegal, harmful, or deceptive content - Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights - Content that impersonates individuals, brands, or organizations - Spam, malware, or other disruptive materials We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of the images and creative output you generate through WiseGen, subject to the licenses granted to us to operate the Service. WiseGen's IP: The WiseGen platform, its design, software, and branding remain the exclusive property of WiseGen. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without express written permission. Input data: By uploading reference images or entering prompts, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds: Credits consumed through successful generation are non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiseGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
