Anyone with an active WiseGen account. An audience (social media, a community) helps but is no longer required — word of mouth counts too. Applications are reviewed by our team, it's not automatic.
How long does approval take?
Usually just a few business days. You'll get an email as soon as a decision is made, with the reason if you're turned down.
How does my commission evolve?
You start at 10%. Every month you generate at least 3 new subscriptions, your commission climbs by 2 points the following month, up to a maximum of 20%. Your monthly points automatically follow the same tier.
What happens if I don't bring in any subscriptions in a month?
You'll get a warning email — nothing serious, just a reminder. If the following month also ends at zero subscriptions, you automatically lose your ambassador status (any commissions already confirmed remain owed to you). You can reapply afterward.
What happens if my application is rejected?
You'll get an email with a clear reason. You can reapply as soon as your situation changes — it's not final.
How does the 10% discount for my audience work?
Once certified, your unique link automatically applies a 10% discount to the referred person's first subscription.
When do I get paid my commission?
As soon as your referral completes their first payment. It shows up immediately in your ambassador dashboard.
How do I get paid?
You choose your channel — Orange Money, MTN/Moov Mobile Money, bank transfer, or PayPal — and fill out a withdrawal form. Requests open starting on the 28th of each month; our team processes every payment manually within 5 days.
